This WordPress theme can be entirely configured via WordPress Theme Customizer which you can access via WordPress dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize. From there you can make all changes in a Live Preview mode and you will see all changes you make live on your website making it very user friendly.
1. How To Install Illdy Theme
This guide will show how to install Illdy or any other WordPress theme after you have downloaded it and you already have .zip archive.

3. How To Setup Jumbotron / Large Hero Image
On this short video you will learn how to setup Jumbotron or so called Hero Image. There is a default image included with this theme which is available for personal and commercial use but you can use any other image you want. Jumbotron can be configured via WordPress Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Jumbotron
4. How to Configure About Section
All changes for this theme can be made via WordPress customizer and there are similarities between these sections. Once you get the first front page section ready you will understand how the others will work. On this example we will show how to configure About section that you can configure via WordPress Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> About

On this short guide you will learn how to enable Testimonials section for Illdy theme and how to add new testimonials. This section can be also removed from the front page in case you don’t need it by going to Customize >> Testimonials >> General >> “Show this section?”.
In order to use testimonials you need to installed Jetpack plugin. Afterwards you should enable “Custom Content Types” under Jetpack >> Settings.
The final thing is to configure Custom Content Types Settings and enable Testimonials post type as show in video below.

Pointing menus to page sections is easy and all this process can be done in customizer (Appearance > customize), first we must create a new menu and assign it as a primary menu. in this menu, we need to add new custom link menu elements where URL is pointed to page section ID and as a navigation label, we can use anything we want. here is the complete list if section ID’s:
